SOCAR Tower-ში გაიმართა ღონისძიება SOCAR-ის "მწვანე ობლიგაციების" ბაქოს საფონდო ბირჟაზე (BSE) განთავსების აღსანიშნავად.
ღონისძიებას ესწრებოდნენ აზერბაიჯანის რესპუბლიკის ეკონომიკის მინისტრი, SOCAR-ის ზედამხედველთა საბჭოს თავმჯდომარე მიკაილ ჯაბბაროვი, SOCAR-ის პრეზიდენტი როვშან ნაჯაფი, ასევე BSE-ის, NDC-ის, ბანკების, სადაზღვევო და საინვესტიციო კომპანიების ხელმძღვანელები და აკადემიური წრეების წარმომადგენლები.
მომხსენებლებმა ისაუბრეს აზერბაიჯანის სტრატეგიულ მიზნებზე და იმ ნაბიჯებზე, რომლებსაც ქვეყანა ამ მიმართულებით დგამს, გლობალურად მზარდი განახლებადი ენერგიის მოთხოვნისა და გარემოსდაცვითი საკითხების მიმართ მზარდი მნიშვნელობის ფონზე. აღინიშნა SOCAR-ის მიმდინარე და დაგეგმილი პროექტები განახლებადი ენერგიის მიმართულებით და განსაკუთრებით გაესვა ხაზი "მწვანე ობლიგაციების" მნიშვნელობას შიდა კაპიტალის ბაზარზე ინოვაციებისა და ეფექტიანობის წახალისებაში, კომპანიის მდგრადი განვითარების მიზნებთან თანხვედრაში.
ასევე, აღინიშნა SOCAR-ის ობლიგაციების მიერ შიდა კაპიტალის ბაზარზე 2016 წლიდან შექმნილი პოზიტიური დინამიკა, ინვესტორების ხანგრძლივი ნდობა და მზარდი ინტერესი, ისევე როგორც ბოლო წლებში ამ ობლიგაციების მიერ შექმნილი ეკონომიკური ღირებულება. SOCAR-ის "მწვანე ობლიგაციების" ბაზარზე გაშვება არის სტრატეგიული ნაბიჯი უფრო ეკოლოგიურად მდგრადი საინვესტიციო ინსტრუმენტების გაფართოების მიმართულებით და ახალი ეტაპის დასაწყისი.
ღონისძიება დასრულდა "სიმბოლური ზარის" დარეკვით, რაც SOCAR-ის "მწვანე ობლიგაციების" მეორადი ბაზრის ოპერაციების დაწყებას აღნიშნავდა. დამსწრეებმა ხელი მოაწერეს სიმბოლურ ობლიგაციას და გადაიღეს სამახსოვრო ფოტო.

SOCAR’s Green Bonds Begin Trading on the Baku Stock Exchange
Baku, March 7, 2025 – A special event was held at SOCAR Tower to mark the launch of trading for SOCAR’s green bonds on the Baku Stock Exchange.
The event was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of SOCAR’s Supervisory Board, Mikayil Jabbarov, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, as well as senior representatives from the BSE, NDC, banks, insurance and investment companies, and the academic community.
The ceremony began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country’s territorial integrity. A video dedicated to SOCAR bonds was then presented.
During the event, speakers discussed Azerbaijan’s strategic goals, emphasizing the country’s efforts in response to the rising global demand for renewable energy and increasing environmental awareness. They highlighted SOCAR’s ongoing and planned projects in the renewable energy sector and underscored the role of "green bonds" in fostering innovation and efficiency within the domestic capital markets, in alignment with SOCAR’s sustainable development goals.
Additionally, speakers noted the positive impact of SOCAR bonds, first issued in 2016, on the local capital markets. They emphasized the long-term trust and growing interest from investors, as well as the economic value these bonds have generated in recent years. The launch of SOCAR’s green bonds was recognized as a milestone in expanding environmentally sustainable investment instruments and as the beginning of a new phase in the market.
The event concluded with the symbolic ringing of the "Opening Bell" officially marking the start of secondary market operations for SOCAR’s "green bonds" on the BSE. A commemorative bond note was signed, and attendees gathered for a group photo.
SOCAR’s "green bonds" not only strengthen the company’s strategic position in capital markets but also reaffirm its commitment to environmental values and sustainable development priorities.
